Global Maritime Consultants Group (GMCG), a leader in maritime and offshore consultancy, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within our team and with our valued partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly agendas; schedule and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Handle phone calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Prepare, disseminate, and manage correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Maintain and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Monitor office supplies levels and handle orders as required.
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
